Vendor Managed Inventory
Sathorn can accept long-term blanket orders and provide vendor managed inventory options to better help you manage your inventory.
Engineering Support
We can efficiently build 2D detailed drawings and manufacturing documents from 3D solid models using SolidWorks, and can we use most other commonly used electronic file formats. Engineering support is available to review part designs and provide feedback regarding machinability or possible cost reduction measures.
Inspection
To ensure that your parts meet your specifications when delivered, our quality labs are equipped with the latest inspection technology. From fully-automated coordinate measuring machines (CMM) with capacities up to x27.5 x Y39.3 x Z23.6 and resolution of 0.000004†to a wide assortment of digital height gages and mechanical metrology equipment—and everything in between.
Special Processes
Through our strong vendor partnerships, we are able to provide heat treating, laser engraving, plating, painting, screening and many other value-added services.
