                                                  Mechanical Quality Inspector. 
 ~ The Quality Control Associate is responsible for operating the following prescribed tasks processes and tasks, as well and monitoring the quality of the parts that are manufactured, along with completing proper paperwork.  He or She will champion the company A9100C processes and promote a culture of excellence, zero defect and quality of work. 

                                              Essential Duties and Responsibilities...
  • Inspects product for conformity to ensure the quality and integrity of the material and assemblies are produced to meet drawing specifications, tolerances, corporate procedures and customer requirements.
  • Perform inspection duties with a strong attention to detail, per customer specifications using variable measuring devices and attribute gaging to ensure quality of parts meets customer requirements.
  • Final inspection before parts leave the department
  • First inspection for product received from suppliers
  • Assist machine operators, supervisors, and engineers with product inspection, evaluation, and provide suggestions for solving problems related to inspection.
  • Create inspection documentation (first piece, first article, inspection operation sheets (IOS)) per engineering drawings. This includes interpreting the proper gaging needs and knowing how and what is to be measured based on a drawing. Maintain documentation per work instructions.
  • Generate Certificate of Compliance when needed.
  • Generate Hold Tickets for any non-conforming items and place them on the Hold Rack.
  • Audit all documentation on the manufacturing floor pertaining to quality.
  • Perform other duties as may be required or requested.

High School Diploma or GED required.
Knowledge of measurement equipment.
Strong SPC/SQC knowledge.
Knowledge of using computers.
Good communication skills.
Team cooperation to accomplish organizational goals.
Ability to anticipate problems and target solutions.
A self-starter who uses initiative and problem identification to find solutions.
Attention to detail and good organizational skills.

                                   CNC Operator/ Machinist 

                            Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

We are currently seek a dependable, enthusiastic and highly skilled individual to join our Machine Shop. Responsibilities include the operation of CNC machines, manual machines and various machining equipment to produce quality, precision, cost-effective parts on a production basis, requiring minimal supervision. 
Demonstrate ability to perform setups, manufacture quality parts with customer satisfaction and perform other duties when assigned by the supervisor. 


At least five years experience with CNC with demonstrated ability to perform set-ups. 
Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
Ability to read blue prints
Experience with quality systems and processes 
Knowledge of measurement equipment
Ability to use computers
Good communication skills
A self-starter who uses initiative to solve problems and find solutions
Ability to life up to 50 pounds.
